02/19/2007 - Oak Park Senior Citizen vindicated
More than two years after she was victimized by Priceline locksmiths, a letter from the Illinois Attorney General's office and a check for a full refund have been received by this senior citizen. She was one of the first consumers to complain of being over-charged by a locksmith to get back into her home after locking her keys in the house. "It took a long time but I was glad to receive the letter and the refund", she told Kathy Zaniolo, owner of PHS Locksmith

Most out-of-state locksmiths ask for your state or zip code. They have often quoted a low "service call" price. When the locksmith showed up, he added the "labor" which was quite high as stated in complaints by consumers. Be careful!
